Shenzhen government will not support our company finacially. we have to develop our market domestically and internationally. we all miss the past days. but it is unavoidable to have reform. of course more risk means more chances.
our department chief is keeping saying,"you all should work harder, the future is yours...."and he is preparing to leave his position and the office.
he is so kind and powerful that we all respect him. we won't let hime go. but he is too old to take this challenging responsibility. there are seven young ladies in my office. most of them are so qualified for this position. they are striving to be promoted. they are all professionals. but there will be only one man( me )left if he leaves.haha, i am so lucky, but i will grasp any chace to do better...; 0
