I can get very high appraisal from one, but very low from the other, though the methods of my teaching are usually the same. I am active, passionate, patient, ect. Some students told me the appraisal system is not so fair or scientific which can not assess the qualification and quality of a teacher and teaching. Perhaps they are right. But only if they like me, like my teaching, want to continue to learn these courses in my class, I will feel happy. I love to be with my dear students. Every time after the class, some of them will give me advice, good or bad. I will try best to consider their ideas to improve my teaching next time. They are my teachers in some respects...
